These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fry99c ("fry99c", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://fry99c.net and all associated services, products, software, and gaming content provided therein (collectively, "the Services").

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or voluntary exclusion order at the time of registration.
• Not a fry99c employee: Employees, contractors, directors, agents, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on fry99c.

Your fry99c account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You are obligated to:

• Keep your password and OTP codes strictly confidential and not disclose them to any other person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify fry99c support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Ensure that your registered email address and mobile number remain current and accessible, as these are used for security verification, transaction alerts, and important account communications.

fry99c reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by its licensing obligations or applicable law. In the event of account closure by fry99c for cause, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting fry99c customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

All financial transactions on fry99c are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. fry99c does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your payment provider.
• fry99c accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• fry99c reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible.
• Before processing any withdrawal, fry99c may require the player to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours.
• fry99c reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only cash balance exceeding met wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.

fry99c offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account without replacement.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms.

fry99c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on fry99c are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market, as published within the relevant game interface or betting section. General gaming rules applicable across the platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. fry99c is not obligated to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of manifest error.
• fry99c reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, where a technical fault has affected the outcome, or where the bet was placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a manifest error in a game result due to a software fault, fry99c may void affected rounds and refund stakes at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fry99c platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome by exploiting price differences between markets.

• Exploiting errors: Knowingly taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or otherwise harmful communication directed at fry99c staff or other players.

All content on the fry99c platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, audio-visual elements, and the overall design and compilation of the website, is the property of fry99c or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the fry99c platform without prior written authorisation from fry99c.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fry99c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

fry99c does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or third-party network failures may affect service availability. fry99c will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.

Where fry99c's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of fry99c to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fry99c collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon verified closure, your remaining cash balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fry99c holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact fry99c customer support and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. fry99c aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
